How AI subtitles work
When the default Gemini Flash translation reads awkwardly on a specific sentence, ask AI to re-translate it with the surrounding context. Free includes a daily quota; Pro is unlimited.
Billing questions
Will I get an invoice?
Stripe sends a hosted payment receipt after checkout. We do not promise a tax invoice while Stripe Tax is off.
What is your refund policy?
No automatic change-of-mind refunds, but purchases can be manually reviewed within 3 days when usage is low.
Does it auto-renew?
No. Pro Pass is a one-time purchase. You can buy another pass to extend Pro.
Why does checkout show local currency?
Stripe automatically converts USD pricing to your local currency (HKD, JPY, EUR, GBP, etc.) at checkout — you pay in your currency, we settle in USD.
How do I switch between USD and CNY?
Use the region selector on this page. USD billing covers most countries via card; CNY billing routes through Alipay or WeChat Pay for mainland China users.
Can I pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay in mainland China?
Yes. Switch the region selector to China to use Alipay or WeChat Pay at checkout. Stripe still processes the payment under our merchant account.
